"Gardenstown is a sweet little village on the coast about one hour north of Aberdeen. The house is located perfectly with an amazing view to the ocean directly out of the kitchen window. It is newly renovated. Everything is in perfect working order. Car can be parked in front of the house. Andreas, our landlord, is a super friendly and relaxed person and gave us both, helpful hints for visits in the area as well as e.g. a gas grill to prepare out freshly self-caught North Sea fish. "An excellent glamping site with a chilled atmosphere and lovely landscape. We stayed in the Wheelhouse which is perfect for 2. It was rustic with nice basic facilities. The wee on site shop had ample supplies (bring cash for it). The area was lovely to walk around and we enjoyed the fishing hut community hub. We enjoyed our stay and loved the quirky site.
