Great for families and fishing groups, Orchid Beach Retreat sleeps up to 8 people. If you have a larger group, we have another house on the same 1.25 acre block! (See our "Fraser Forever" listing if you wish to book this property plus the second house that sleeps 13.)

Huge open plan living space separated from the sleeping areas by a big covered deck. Additional covered deck off other side of the living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, crockery and tableware and family sized fridge/freezer. Enormous kitchen bench space. All rooms, apart from one bedroom (with ensuite), have direct outside access with secure screen doors, perfect for enjoying cool evening breezes. Separate laundry.

Covered outdoor entertainment area includes BBQ and dining setting. Outdoor shower for after beach or fishing trips. Huge level yard to park and turn boats and trailers, or for kids to throw a ball around.

Located in the beautiful north of Fraser Island at Orchid Beach, away from the tourist attractions A favourite spot for families and fishing.

What to bring

- you need to bring linen, towels, toiletries, cleaning and laundry supplies
- you need to bring pillow cases pillows and blankets
- you need to bring insect spray, first aid kit, bin liners, paper towels, tea towels, table cloth/place mats
- you need to bring all food and drink (potable bore water on property – bring bottled if you prefer)

The local shop has a limited range of basic food supplies.
Fishing tackle and bait available at local shop.
Linen, pillows and towels are NOT provided. Please don't forget them.
Please leave it clean when you leave.
There will be a $300 bond charged
Bond will not refunded if the property has been left a mess or damaged
Bond will be refunded 48 hours after departure back to your bank account
