"Everything about this place was great. Amenities, location close to lots of things to do and not too far to Denver for a day trip. Ashley was amazing and excellent at communication. The yard was great for my 6 month old Golden grand dog. We stayed a week and it was great. Kitchen was perfect for feeding the 4 of us. Neighborhood is a quiet famliy friendly area. Great for a getaway without hearing people party all night. We will stay again with her next time we are in the area."

"Perfect for a family stay! Living room had plenty of seating for playing board games and watching a movie together. Dining room table comfortably accommodated our family of 8. Spacious kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. "This was one of the most carefully and well-equipped VRBOs I've stayed at. I cooked a lot and virtually every spice, condiment and cooking utensil I could have wanted was there. The towels and amenities in the bathroom were high quality and plentiful. The views of the Colorado front range are stunning because the house is at the very edge of a large subdivision and sight lines are unimpeded.
