There was a separate bedroom with a king bed; a large closet; full bathroom with a shower; a living room with a pullout sofa for our adult son and a television; a mini fridge (with small freezer), sink, eating dishes and utensils, and a microwave; and a full size washer and dryer. "Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring!"

"It was cool, in a great area, but had some drawbacks. Water pressure wasn’t good, the directions for trash and how to get there were not the best. Also no air conditioning. "
