Cozy RV - Awesome View - Fishing & Pet Friendly!

Come stay in this well maintained super cozy modern RV that is set on a private ranch. It has the best view in the county! Sleep on an oversized aftermarket mattress that is most comfortable! A full kitchen & fridge. Recliners & full size couch that makes into a bed for 2. View the beautiful countryside that surrounds the RV. Watch Longhorn cattle grazing in the pasture. All birds native to East Texas can be seen here, including Eagles & Hawks. There are 3 places to fish or enjoy watching the fish feed, ducks, frogs and turtles. There are wild animals that can be seen such as deer, raccoons, skunks, coyotes, snakes etc. You will need to be mindful and watch where you step to avoid most. After a full day of relaxing hiking and or fishing settle back and watch the sun go down from the highest point in the county! We have 2 seat or 4 seat gators for rent by the day. If interested please reserve ahead. Be prepared for mud or dust, our driveway is a work in progress so we still have areas that are unpaved. We only allow fishing with barbless hooks. We are catch & release mostly, but if you want to catch some to eat we will show you where to fish and the cleaning area.
