Waterfront campsite perfect for parking your camper/RV!

There is no building on site, land only!

Come park your camper/RV and relax on an acre of private property located on the beautiful Donnell Pond in Franklin, Maine. Enjoy 10 feet of pond access, perfect for kayaking or canoeing. It is too shallow to swim from our access point. There is electricity (30 amp hookup) and sewer hookup on-site. No restroom available on site. Fire pit and picnic table available. The public boat launch is about 150 yards down the road.

We are a 30 minute drive to Schoodic Point and 45 minutes to Bar Harbor. Reservations are required to drive up Cadillac Mountain. These can be purchased online.

Enjoy restaurants and shops in the quaint town of Winter Harbor, or take the ferry to Bar Harbor for the day!

We are located four miles from an access point to the Sunrise trail where you can enjoy ATVing, bicycling, etc.

Rules: Please bag all trash and place in garbage receptacle. Dispose of cigarette butts properly. Fires only in the fire pit when the wind is under 10 mph. Please fully extinguish fire when done. Do not leave fire unattended. We are pet friendly! Please be respectful and clean up after your pet.
