"The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...

"Beautiful cabin in a rural NY setting. Lindsay was an excellent host, with a rapid turn around response for my inquiries. Due to car trouble we needed to stay an extra night, which was available! The cabin was clean, the fire pit was wonderful, there was lots of birds and I also saw 2 toads. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again."

"Outside setting wasn’t good. Bugs inside the bathroom. Ants near the sink. Advertised with AC but 2 of the 3 rooms don’t have window units and are too hot to sleep in. Shower was tiny and leaking all over. Unfortunately, would not return."

"Had everything you needed & more. Adirondack theme with real wood. The interior was designed and decorated tastefully. A Beautiful place. Property Manager was extremely helpful & pleasant. The cleanliness was excellent. We were busy and had little time to really enjoy it. Would stay again if we were in the area. Thanks to all."

"Great house right on the lake, perfect place to watch the sunset. We caught tons of different fish on the lake and also right off the dock at the house. Kids loved the kayaks and paddle boat. "

"Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was really nice and clean, we felt as if we were home. I would definitely stay again if I'm in rhe area. "

"This place was on point for 7 different families to stay for a few days, while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The lake access was so much fun for us parents to wind down after long hot days at the park. Highly recommend if you are close with some of the families on your team. "

"This is a private spot, and it was comfortable inside & out. Air conditioning made the hottest hours quite pleasant, but I had the windows open most of the time for the cool late July breeze. I would highly recommend this property."
