Other Things to Note:

- Pet owners, please inquire for pet approval on case by case basis, as this is a brand new high end cottage. If approved: 2 pet max, clean up after them, no locking them in rooms, or jumping on doors/window sills/counters, & please keep them off the furniture/linens. Guests will be responsible for any damages from their pets.

- The exterior of the home & barn monitored by security cameras. As well as the closed off mechanical/storage room downstairs, as we have supplies for the rental and personal items in storage there.

- The Bou Cottage has its own yard, while private, we do have neighbors that are full time or seasonal residents. Feel free to explore our property, but please be conscious & respectful of other residents when outdoors.

I’ll always be available via your booking app messenger and happy to help! In the case of an emergency, I’ll be available by phone. You may also see me, or a member of our team, from time to time taking care of the yard.
