Includes a game / entertainment room plus a washer and dryer in the basement!

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The house is set in the middle of Frankfort's very cute and charming downtown residential area. It's only a couple blocks from downtown Frankfort and a very easy walk to shops, restaurants, and cafes. Frankfort Beach and Lake Michigan is only 0.6 miles from the house, which works out to about a nice 10 to 15 minute walk from the house.

Outside of Frankfort, Crystal Lake is just 10 minutes away, the start of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only a 20-minute drive from the house, and downtown Traverse City with it's shops, restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife is only a 1-hour drive away!


THE SPACE:

All 3 bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located on the main floor! In the partially-finished basement, there is a entertainment / game / kids room as well as a washer and dryer that is available for guests to use.

Outside, the house has a nice large deck with a new gas grill and nice new bonfire ring for great family bonfires with s'mores!


TRANSIT:

It is recommended that guests have their own vehicle, but it's very possible to get by without a vehicle if you wish to stay right in Frankfort the entire time.


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

(1) NEW OWNERSHIP: The property was purchased by new owners in 2025 and they have newly remodeled the property since taking ownership.

(2) AIR FRYER: In addition to the listed amenities, there is an air fryer in the kitchen.

(3) DRUG USE: Recreational drug use of any kind (including marijuana in any form) is strictly prohibited at the property! Drug paraphernalia of any kind is also strictly prohibited at the property!

(4) NAME ON RESERVATION: The person whose name is on the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire length of the stay. It is not permitted to book the property for other people.

(5) PETS: All pets are strictly prohibited at the property.

6) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct.

7) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not.

8) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.
