The accommodation is located in the Frankenau holiday village, just 30 meters from the forest. Nearby attractions include Kellerwald National Park, Lake Edersee, the Rothaarsteig hiking area, Sauerland, Willingen, and Winterberg. A bus stop is situated at the entrance to the holiday village. Parking is available on the property, with additional free spaces on the street.



Families with children are warmly welcome. Up to three dogs are permitted for an additional fee. Dogs must be house-trained and are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in the shower. Smoking and events are not permitted.



The apartment is on the first floor of a detached, two-story holiday home and is accessed via an external staircase. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted on this property. The accommodation provides guidelines for proper waste separation and is equipped with energy- and water-saving features.
