"Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes!"

"This is my 3rd time staying at Pemi, this time under new ownership and I have to say it was just as wonderful and smooth. I was thankful for the upgraded couch. My family loved it, I definitely had a blast I only wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I would change is the ability to get in touch with staff. They’re pretty prompt in their responses so it’s okay but they really do like to leave you be and enjoy your stay. I only wish the office had been open so I could have perused...

"Have visited this area more times that I can count over the years but was un-aware of this property. Just off the highway for easy access. A number of accommodation configurations. We stayed in an updated, two bedroom cabin. Clean and well equipped. Pretty setting on a pond. Minutes from down town Bethlehem (grocery, restaurants etc). Friendly, helpful on site staff. "

"The cabin location and property can’t be beat. We enjoyed our stay and had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy northern New Hampshire. Meg has a lot of nice touches throughout the cabin making it comfortable and welcoming. She was quickly responsive when I sent her a question during our stay. We plan to stay there again as we loved the area"

"What a wonderful quaint cabin! Very clean, relaxing and accomodating Walkable to downtown and 5 min from Ice Castles. It snowed one of our nights and shovelers were there upon our walking up, that was an very kind and thoughtful! And just in case wondering, yes theres a Keurig. VERY highly recommended!"
