"We loved staying in this cabin. Not only is it by a river (a huge plus for us) but it is roomy. Inside, the kitchen is great: stove, microwave full-size refrigerator, plenty of dishes & flatware, pots & pans, dishwasher, and spices. When you close the bathroom door, the bedroom is really dark in the morning....great for sleeping in! The wraparound porch is fantastic with a round dining table, rocking chairs and gliders. "We loved our stay at this property in Mt Airy. The owner makes sure the house is prepared for basically anything you could need. It was so cozy and comfortable. Loved that it was pet friendly and had the small fenced in area for our fur baby to run around. Will definitely be trying to stay there in the future should we find ourselves in Mt Airy again. "

"Our stay couldn’t have been better. We were able n Mayberry 3 nights and most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The stores in downtown have limited hours anywhere from 10am to 5pm and a lot of them are closed on weekends. My suggestion would be to come during the weekdays if you can. House was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend. "

"To start its a storage building not a tiny cabin. It looks like host or someone is staying there while they are working on house next door. So close you can see in windows. He was working that day, so no peace and quiet. Air didnt cool. Stayed 5 hours and went home. Worst birthday gift ever. Dont waste your time or money."
