They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. "We stayed over for the concert at the open air. The hotel was clean and well maintained- all the staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean. The bar was lovely and the restaurant and breakfast was perfect. The en-suite was very small but clean. The only thing that would have meant full star rating would have been a better parking arrangement, - a quality mattress and blackout curtains. That being said we would definitely stay here again."

"Would never stay at this hotel again, we booked a windowless room however this was 2 floors below ground. The lifts weren’t working , the stairwell was dirty , the corridors didn’t have carpet or they were extremely worn, trying to find your room and way out was ridiculous it was like a rabbit warren with very poor signage . I was told that the rooms had previously been used for asylum seekers and this was obvious given the condition of the facility"

We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay.
