"We’ve stayed here multiple times and normally the facilities are fine, however when we arrived an 18 wheel was in the parking lot with its generator on. It stayed there all night and kept the entire hotel up. It finally let early in the morning at about 5am. This was unacceptable for anyone staying at the hotel."

"My husband and I typically lodge at this property when we’re in the area. It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). "Location is walking distance to the outlets and there is even a trail you can walk to get you there. The down side to this hotel was they do not have rooms that have not had animals in them. I know it a pet friendly hotel but most hotels still have rooms that have not had animals. I have allergies and I had some difficulty with my allergies in the room."

"Having a Beachview was the only nice thing. I spent my vacation there after asking for a smoke room and was told we can smoke on the balcony by a staff member then to be told I couldn't.
