"The dinning room table was sticky. I wiped it down but it did not help. The cable did not work on the big tv. The HDMI cord was enpluged for some reason. Plugged it back in and it worked fine. Cigarettes were not cleaned out of the ash try on the deck table. I don't smoke so it didn't really matter."

"Well-kept, quiet waterfront property. Great view from balcony. Location convenient to public beach and quaint downtown. Most people get around on rented golf carts. Town is still recovering from 2024 hurricane. Most restaurants and bars only open Wednesday or Thursday through Sunday."

"This property was lovely! My family of four stayed three nights. Each day we went to various state parks within 1 hour of this home. The natural springs were wonderful during the day, and at night, we relaxed at this quiet retreat in the hot tub and on the boat dock. We watched the sturgeon jump in the river and boats pass by. My son fished off the dock. We would highly recommend this property. There is also a grocery store not far away and a few restaurants near by. "

We had originally booked another location but they canceled on us a week before our trip and we were left scrambling trying to find another place that could accommodate our group. Keith was so kind and accommodating to us and was quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was well stocked and spacious enough for our group of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids. "We really enjoyed our cute cottage with our friends. Perfect location and the golf cart was so convenient to have, it really made our trip more fun! Anthony was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly for any questions we had. Kitchen was fully stocked and so were the bathrooms. Very clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing we would suggest would be having a curtain hang between the area where the washer/dryer is next to the bedroom so the sunlight doesn't wake you up. Cedar Key...

"Always wanted to stay at these homes I affectionately call the “Crayola Houses” because of their bright, cheerful colors—and they did not disappoint! The location was perfect and close to everything. Check-in was a breeze, and our host was wonderfully accommodating. The bottle of champagne for our anniversary was such a thoughtful touch.
