"The room was very nice. Big, full fridge. Stove top, although it didnt work. Microwave worked good. We loved the room. The lack of staff was disheartening. Check in after 5pm was horrible with the video check in. The video quality was absolutely ridiculous. Couldn't hear anything. Kept having to ask the person to repeat themselves, and he wasnt nice about it. That alone made us not want to do this place again"

"I cannot say is the worse place I haver been but it’s very noise, the beds are far from being good. Despite it has been renovated recently, the dark brown colors make the rooms quite unpleasant. An then, there is the problem of the take way breakfast. They gave some terrible food choices, everything in plastics which you take to your room. You do have a microwave in the room but…. "O hotel está muito mal cuidado. O quarto estava com lençol sujo, o carpet estava sujo e o ar condicionado era barulhento. Solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, disseram que estavam com muitas limpezas para fazer e só limparam o quarto 3 dias após reclamamos muito. Acionamos a hotels.com e também não tivemos retorno algum. "
