Readymoney Cove, a small, sheltered sandy beach, awaits your buckets and spades less than a mile away.

This lovely flat is set over two floors and is reached by a flight of stairs to the first floor. Plenty of natural light and the thoughtful decor and artwork on the walls create a welcoming feel. There is plenty of space to spend quality time together as the property boasts a separate living room with two large sofas and a Smart TV where you can be entertained watching your favourite box sets. There is a contemporary feel throughout, and the kitchen is a delight to cook in, while the lovely dining space makes this a great social space. Upstairs you’ll find a bathroom and two bedrooms - a king-size and a twin - with river views between the rooftops. There is no garden, but as the property is less than 200 metres from the harbour you can enjoy sitting out there and watch the world go by.

Walkers will love taking the South West Coast Path towards Gribbin Head (2.5 miles), passing St Catherine’s Castle. For beaches, head to National Trust Lantic Bay (5 miles by car or 2.5 miles along the coast path) and walk the rugged headlands or relax on the white sand at Pentewan Beach (12.5 miles) and then spend some time at the world-famous Lost Gardens of Heligan (14 miles) with its magical gardens, farmland, and endless woodland walks.
