Large 100 m² house in Fouras, ideally located 200 m from the beach and town center, perfect for 6 people. It features a bright 27 m² living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, and 2 toilets. The kitchen and numerous amenities (washing machine, flat-screen TV, DVD player, etc.) ensure a comfortable stay. You will enjoy an enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers, as well as a bicycle storage area and a baby cot for a convenient and convivial stay.
The town center and shops are approximately 500 meters away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. Pets are welcome.

To be paid upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €150.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 PM and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.
