There is a small courtyard at the rear. Kitchen equipment includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements consist of two double beds (140 cm) and one single bed (90 cm). Amenities include a flat-screen TV, garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. The cottage measures 55 m². Nearby, it is situated opposite South Beach, 200 meters from the town center and all shops. A large beach and restaurants are also 200 meters away. The bus station is 500 meters away, the train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. Payments due upon arrival include a €500 security deposit, a €100 cleaning deposit, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
