"Loved the whole place people very friendly and helpful. They gave us a room close to casino and restaurant which was great for my sister who has trouble getting around. Comfy room , very clean , loved the pool and hot tub . I used the workout room and had everything I needed . Everyone there very friendly and helpful."

"The staff were kind and helpful at a bare minimum. Our room was absolutely.... I don't know that there are words to describe the room. . I have stayed in plenty of dives and sketchy places. However, this one takes the cake! There were no working ice machines. When we entered our room, it was about 150°. The toilet had been used prior to us arriving. "AVOID at all costs! Worst experience ever at any hotel, and I have stayed in more than I can remember. Booked two rooms thru Expedia weeks in advance. When my travel companion and I got there, they told me I had only booked one room. I argued to no avail, and they told me the hotel was full. "I don't understand why they would have a kitchen facility without any pots, pans, plates and utensils. Are you so worried that guests will steal them? You could have a fee for guests to rent what they need for their stay and wash them up before they leave. Having the large fridge and freezer was great seeing we had food with us in a cooler. But we couldn't fix anything."

"The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still."

"Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back."

"Don't let first impression fool you. The room was clean and comfortable and updated. The breakfast was very good and one free drink in the lounge is a bonus. 2 blocks from the river front and a neat downtown area. I would definitely recommend this for the value and location."

"Stayed one night on our way to another destination. Easy to find. Outdoor area and riverwalk looked amazing, however, it rained while we were there so did not get to enjoy them as we'd hoped. Rooms were clean overall. Some updating has been done."

"Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane."
