"Our stay in Greenville was pleasant and quiet. The house was comfortable but we were unable to get TV or use the streaming service due to needed updates. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and stocked for our short stay. However, we struggled to turn on the shower in the main bathroom due to our ignorance. Printed instructions would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable but one set of sheets had an unpleasant smell, probably due to being folded and stored while still slightly damp....

"This was a special weekend to see our granddaughter in her first play. She was terrific and we were delighted to be able to see her. Location was perfect and accommodations were great!"

"We will definitely keep this property in mind! It was fun to have a home to come back to instead of a hotel while in town for soccer all weekend. The location is great and close to the fun downtown scene of Wilson. Thank you!! "

"We had a group of 4 men working on a project in town. Host was great. Location was great, very quiet street. Plenty of parking."

"We stayed here while my mom was in the hospital. We needed a place that was pet-friendly. Kourtney helped us out with a late check-out so that we had somewhere to keep them as we moved locations. The place was convenient to the hospital and a good place to rest for the night."

"Pros: house is super conveniently located in town. Neighborhood is quiet. Has an outside kitty that is sweet. Was able to cook meals and save money. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer work well. Cons: AC struggled in the southern heat, stove tops were a little small (but functional), dryer vent was not clean, some food wrappers and popcorn kernels throughout the house. Small inconveniences, really. Shower did make a strange noise, but worked. Stairs are a little narrow....

"The Retreat is a very nice, well appointed three bedroom unit right in the edge of Greenville in the Winterville community. Very convenient to the medical campus, downtown, great restaurants, golf courses, shopping and whatever else might suit your fancy. The unit was immaculately clean and management is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Excellent hospitality and if we are ever in the Greenville area again it will be our go-to place to stay."

"We came to visit family in the area. House is very clean, very comfortable, with many rooms to spare. Cleaning fee was a little excessive. I would stay again."

"Visited for our son’s graduation from ECU. The house was perfect for our family! Perfect location to the campus and downtown Greenville. The host was so friendly and easy to work with. She even left a graduation card for our son! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family! "
