Charming Green Cabin with Private Round Lake Access, Minutes from Ludington

Welcome to The Green Cabin — perfect for a couple’s retreat or family getaway, with access to all-sports Round Lake. Just 25 mins to Ludington & the shores of Lake Michigan! Take a quick 3-minute stroll to our dock where you can kayak, swim or paddleboard. Back at the cottage, unwind in the backyard w/ a firepit & grill, or stream a movie in the massage chair. When it’s time to rest, there’s a queen in the bedroom, plus a pull-down sofa in the living room that’s just right for 1 or 2 kids.

Guest access
We have two properties on our large lot. Guests will have access to the entire green cabin. Guests will have private access to the green cabin porch. You will have your own private yard area and firepit separate from the log cabin. The lake access point and shed with water gear is shared with the log cabin guest. A guest may or may not be booked in the log cabin during your stay.

Other things to note
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:

Our cabin is located in a very sandy area. The road, walk to lake and general yard is mostly sand. There are also hills. For this reason, our cabin is not handicap accessible.

We have two cabins on our property. Someone may be booked in the cabin next door during your stay. The two cabins are spaced out enough to where it feels like a typical neighbor. The shed housing the kayaks, paddleboard & outdoor gear is on the green cabin property but is shared with the log cabin next door. You may see the neighboring guest float into the backyard to grab outdoor gear.

Our home is a 2-3 minute walk from Round Lake and our dock/lake access point.

There is one A/C window unit in the cabin. It is located in the living room. During the colder months, there are two electric wall heaters. One is in the living room and the other is in the bedroom.

The dishwasher in the kitchen is not usable. We provide soap and sponges for your dishes.
