There was a hiccup with the air conditioning failing, but the host, Camien, was quick to respond with what resources could be mustered on a holiday weekend, and was quick to offer a partial refund in keeping with the problem. "Loved our stay at this unique property! Very cozy and enjoyed the fire pit and chairs on the deck with our morning coffee overlooking a beautiful view. The tee pee was nicely decorated and a very pleasant surprise with fire pit inside and additional propane fireplace when we arrived was warm and cozy and very inviting."

"We enjoyed our stay in this historic home while visiting for a horse show. It was very nicely updated and had everything we needed. Spring City is such a cute little community with several yummy restaurants, a museum and art gallery all within 2 blocks of the house. Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoyed this house and would consider it again. It's super close to the grocery and to the coffee depot - and Maple Canyon, which is why we were in the area. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook 3 meals there without any issues. The shower was nice and hot too. You will get some noise from the local HS football game, but it didn't bother us at all. One thing to keep in mind - if you have someone in your group allergic to perfume - this is not the right house...

"This property is the perfect combination of comfort and rustic. Our room had everything we needed for a short stay: living area with small fridge and microwave, a large bedroom with three comfortable beds, and a full bathroom. The AC and fans made it quite comfortable. This was upstairs, which was challenging for me. Next time I might choose a ground floor apartment or cabin. The best thing about this place is the beautiful scenery, hiking trails, farm animals, and other recreational amenities....
