"Our room reeked of smoke and had the window open and a machine with a water bucket trying to pull the smoke smell out. Gloria was so friendly and tried to help us. But, the room she moved us to did not have a pullout couch like she said. I went back again and explained it did not have the couch so we did not have enough beds. She then told me we could have the connecting room. When I opened it, it had no sheets on the bed and reeked of marijuana. We decided to just stay in the room that didn’t...

"The staff was great, the only thing that could be better is the pool area. The pool room is tiny, not much seating and no hot tub. The pool temp was perfect. Even with that being said, we will be coming back for sure!"

Mildew on the tile grout in a significant portion of the shower walls, and the plastic striping at the outside of the shower separating. Some flies surrounded me in the toilet. I complained and the next day they cleaned better. But in general the hotel cleanliness needs to improve a lot. The room has basic comfort, nothing impressive. Next time I will think twice."

"Beautiful hotel at the outskirts of St. Joseph. Great restaurant, parking, pools and even anchor place for boats arriving for dinner. Modern and well equipped rooms, one of the nicest stays we ever had. Terrific place. This was our second time here and we'd come again."
