"What can I say about Frankie's Place other than that it is absolutely picture-perfect! It looks exactly like the photos on the site, if not even better when you see it in person.We only stayed for one night, as the property was already booked for the following night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a wonderful place to relax.I would definitely recommend Frankie's Place to my family and friends, and we would certainly love to come back...

"Great location, easy check-in. Caravan was everything but luxurious. It was very dirty. We find old sweet papers under the bed. I would not return it is not worse the value. Despite of this we had a great stay in the island. "

"No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. "We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!"

"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

"Property was clean and tidy, host responsive and communication excellent. We did have an issue with our escape artist of a dog one night but that was due to us not realisong you need to slightly lift the gate to the decking. Thank you for letting us stay would absolutely book again."

"Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working.
My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep.
The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer.
I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island."

"The perfect size place for our two couples, and wonderfully located to the water and primary commercial district. Extremely comfortable beds, and the place was fully stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time in Whitstable. The owner clearly identifies the steepness of the stairs (which they are), but at no time did they impact our enjoyment of the space. If you are looking for a good value in the location you want to be, stop looking and book your stay here!"
