L'Esprit Cap Coz – Just 100 m from the Beach

Welcome to L'Esprit Cap Coz, a charming holiday home ideally located just 100 meters from the beach in one of Fouesnant’s most sought-after areas.



This bright 60 m² house, facing south/southwest, invites you to enjoy your vacation between the sea, relaxation, and water activities. Make the most of the 10 m² terrace and 15 m² private garden—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun.



On the ground floor, you’ll find an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge opening directly onto the terrace. There is also a separate WC on this level.



Upstairs, the house offers two bedrooms:

* One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.

* One bedroom with three 80 cm beds, two of which can be joined to form a large double bed.



The bathroom features a walk-in shower.



For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. The house also offers Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron, barbecue, and garden furniture.



Families with babies are welcome: a travel cot, high chair, potty, and stair gate are available.



You’ll have a private parking space and a secure storage area for bikes, windsurf boards, and beach gear.



The location is a real highlight: direct beach access, sailing club just 200 meters away, and bars and restaurants within walking distance. The famous coastal path lets you discover the beautiful landscapes of Cap Coz and La Forêt-Fouesnant bay.
