"The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

They were having an up grade and refurbishment whilst I was there but it didn't affect my stay .

"Very clean and tidy hotel with the room being just what you could want at the price. Clean bedding and towels, tidy room, ensuite and tea/coffee facilities. Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. "After reading the reviews about the Norbreck we were a bit dubious about our stay, glad we decided to see for ourselves, everything was what we wanted, we tried to extend our booking but after the receptionist tried his best there was nothing available.
