"The toilets DO NOT flush! Our group of friends had taken three rooms and ALL of them had plumbing issues. One of them changed the room to another floor and still the same issue. "Fairly decent low budget hotel. It was clean with a decent bar and restaurant. The hot water was only warm and they had wifi connection issues throughout our stay, which was irritating. Staff were helpful and the location is on a busy street but nearby banks and electronics shops."
