"The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. On top of that, I spent the entire night without air conditioning or lights in the room due to ongoing electrical issues, according to the staff.
I’m very disappointed — especially considering this is a hotel from the Hilton chain. You can probably find much better places on the...

"Room was clean, looked like new coastal pillows! Easy parking, quiet hallways, friendly staff to check in and out down the road at that office. AC had small issue, was fixed immediately!
The towels need to be bleached or replaced. The out door furniture was not appropriate for a high deck view of the beach. Additional fee to park $25.00"

"My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did see some "unfinished" areas...door thresholds did not cover the chipped tile nor was there any instructions or information packet for the guests as far as restaurants or activities in the area. Needed walking distance amenities as I did not have a car & I am disabled....but the concierge at the front desk was very helpful. Overall a great stay as it was just one night before my cruise.
