We understand that these details can impact the overall experience and we will address these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure they are more thorough in their duties.Regarding your room being street-facing on the 2nd floor, we apologize for the exterior building lights shining through the top of the curtains. We will look into improving the curtain design to provide better light-blocking capabilities for our guests.We apologize for the weak water pressure in the shower and the water not reaching the desired temperature.
