Quarto e corredores com aparência de velho e um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Entretanto, o quarto era limpo diariamente e as toalhas trocadas. A cama extremamente confortável e os lençois bem limpos. Apenas vinha para o hotel dormir, portanto não tenho do que reclamar. Excelente lugar para dormir. Se pretendes ficar muito tempo no hotel, certamente não é uma boa opção. Café da manhã não possui opção de frutas, as opções eram: pães, panquecas, ovos, iogurte, cerais, leite, café, chás. Para quem não faz questão por fruta pela manhã está excelente. Possui wifi que funciona muito bem. Recepção com ATM e um chase logo ao lado. O staff foi bastante prestativo e atencioso. Minha primeira vez usando o hoteis.com nos EUA e me disseram que provavelmente eu ainda pagaria alguma taxa extra na saída. Porém ao sair não tinha taxa nenhuma. Não paguei mais nada. Cam certeza você irá querer alugar um carro. Não aluguei pensando em usar transporte público, mas no segundo dia corri para alugar um, pois como me disseram depois, transporte público no Texas não é legal. Assim, alugue um carro! Um taxista me orientou a não andar nos arredores do hotel a noite, pois não seria seguro. Porém, não cheguei a presenciar nada de estranho.

Peter at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind this hotel is in a rough part of Fort Worth. While it is very close and convenient to many local attractions, it is definitely not family/kid friendly.

Rooms are full of roaches. Once the sun goes down, the roaches start coming out. What a shame for families, and more so for kids.

This property was horrible to say the least. I couldn't sleep with all the roaches crawling around. One of the twin beds had a HUGE bloodstain on it. It was a "non-smoking" that smelled like nothing, but cigarettes. I want my money back.. I could not ever stay in a place like that, again.

It's been two day since we checked out and I still haven't received my deposit of $50.00 back. There was bugs, we had to ask for clean towel they never serviced the room. The room smelled of marijuana.

Bad business
The manager changed my credit card at 8 am check-in is 3pm I chose to pay at the hotel.when I got there he changed my credit card again now there is two charges on my credit card now he have to refund me now the charge will take a less three days to refund me back my money so bad business when you place a reservation.the card is to guarantee the room.why would you charge me at 8am then he is arguing with me about my money I will never stay at this hotel again

Pretty solid for cheap
It was $75 bucks for a stay last minute during a convention so it wasn’t too bad. For the price it was worth every penn. no bugs, seemed clean, and was perfect for a nights stay. You can’t check in 24hr, idk when they close but it said closed when we arrived at 12 (fair) but the guy let us in anyway. So thanks again!

The building is right next to the interstate, so you can hear a fair bit of noise from the traffic. The WiFi and credit card machine were down when I stayed, but it was only for one night, so not too much of an inconvenience.

Una basura de hotel, con ninguna seguridad. Fuí con mí hija de 15 años y me intentaron abrir la puerta varias veces hombres que estaban por allí. Me fuí 1 hora luego de haber llegado y los 2 hombres de la recepción no me quisieron devolver el dinero de los 3 días que había reservado. Con todo y eso me fuí porque estaba muy asustada. No lo recomiendo para nada. Las fotos que se ven en la aplicación no muestran la realidad de las habitaciones.

Was charged a deposit on top of my total owner said the deposit would be returned after checking out at 11am the next day. Did not receive it back even though we checked out an hour earlier than check out because the cleaning lady on duty hat day was knocking on our door telling us we need to get out which we were expecting to leave at 11am as we were told the day prior so we were rushing to get all our things. Booked a non smoking room and it REAKED of cigarette. Bathroom was falling apart not worth the price or rudeness of the staff. Your better off staying at one of the other hotels feet away like motel 6.

The only thing i liked about the place is we had a place to stay for a couple days. What i didnt like is the website advertising pet friendly but upon arrival, saying it isnt pet friendly. We werent about to leave our 9lb dog in a cold car on a cold night. Thats animal abuse. Our dog is an inside dog, she barks, but doesnt bite, she is a friendly dog. doesnt pee or poop everywhere. We had peepads and she went on those. She is a smart dog and i think its discriminant to have a policy for no pets, especially when your website is advertising pet friendly. I paid nearly 400 dollars before the deposit to get a stay and i wasnt about to turn around and walk away. The guy at the front desk caved and let us have our room after stressing to us that we couldn't bring pets, and we still took our dog in that room anyway. Again, it was cold there, and we were not gonna leave her in the car. That is animal abuse. So my final review for this place will be, yeah it was a good stay, but the owners need to be flexible with their policies and not be so point blank about it. Thats a good way to lose your customers.

The first room we were put in was labeled as a non-smoking room but smelled so heavily of smoke that we had to swap out our masks after leaving. The smoke detector was continually beeping and when we attempted to inform the front desk worker, he walked away without saying anything. When we were put in the second room, outside were random, tattered clothing. The second room had the smoke detector hanging off the wall entirely. Rooms and office were relatively clean but the property itself was unclean. They also closed the Lobby before the posted hours right after we arrived. While inside one of the rooms, we could hear the front desk person repeatedly chasing away people who were not tenants of the hotel and were actively trying to get into people's rooms. The overall reason for this review is that it felt unsafe.

The hotel amenities were not bad, the worst was the trashy people that lived there. People partying in rooms, doors barking at night snd old trucks started in the middle of the night making sleeping impossible. We even had a creepy guy behind of our door in the middle of the night. Wife was scared to death.. Not recommended at all.

My good review of this motel is relative to what my wife and I needed at the end of our date night: a quick, cheap room in which to spend some uninhibited "quality time" away from the kids for a couple of hours. It's definitely not a luxury place, but it was decent for a no-tell motel. Our room was clean and seemingly well maintained. The only negative I can mention is that the bed's headboard was a bit loose and banged on the wall loudly. My apologies to anyone staying in the room next to ours. As I said before, this motel isn't anything close to luxury accommodations, but I definitely recommend it if all you need is an inexpensive room with minimum amenities.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The We have a mandatory deposit. Since your card is charged by a 3rd party, we need to have a deposit in cash or a credit card. You are right, the room is paid, however the deposit is not. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In this day and age we cannot rent rooms without a deposit.
