A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.

Other Details to Know:

NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
Cameras: The residence is monitored by SimpliSafe 24/7. There is a camera on the second floor outside the
home facing the side yard and there is the doorbell camera. You’ll notice the security base under the kitchen counter that should not be moved or unplugged. There is a camera plugged in inside the garage. It’s simply there to ensure the garage car rule is respected. When you open and close
doors you’ll hear the system. If the alarm goes off, I will be notified and I’ll message you to ensure all is OK - it sometimes happens when folks put it in HOME mode and forget, and then open a door. Your PIN will deactivate the alarm should it go off at any time. Please put the
system in AWAY mode any time you leave the house. Again, your PIN will deactivate the alarm when you enter.
Car garage: Please note we only allow one car to be parked in the garage. Please do not break this rule otherwise a penalty of $250 applies.

Pets: We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
UTILITY: Please be mindful of the electricity.
A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
