"Location is in the country. Very quiet, beds are comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen very spacious. Would have loved to stay here for a longer visit. Was down for a wedding so really didn’t have much time in the location to do the cooking like normal. But was set up for the ability to cook for a group or from scratch. Plenty for kids and adults to stay busy and entertained."

"This home was just as listed. Plenty of space and things to do. Unfortunately the river flooded days before we arrived but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. We couldn’t kayak but that was not a deal breaker. The host was very transparent and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again so that I can experience the river more!"

"This location is a great get away into the country side of Florida, away from all the tourist traps. The house was clean and modern. The house is well suited for couples and small familes. This location gave us the ability to paddle or boat to Ginny springs, although you do need to paddle up river to access the springs. The property manager was great to work with. The only reason we have 4 stars for the location was other neighbors having their dogs bark throuhout the night. Overall we had a...

"Location is perfect. Far enough away but still accessible to all the local springs. We dove for three days and spent the nights here. Got great use out of the kitchen and found everything clean and in working order. The porch was great for sitting at night and the blackstone grill was exactly what we needed. Everyone was super friendly and our dog enjoyed walking the property in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues."
