Waterā€™s Edge condominiums are located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property is perched high above the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the white sandy beach and listen to the waves roll in and watch the watercolor sunsets in the evenings. Take a dip in one of the two beach front swimming pools. Located close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and local attractionsā€¦ Waterā€™s Edge is the ideal vacation spot for the whole family!

Waterā€™s Edge 102 is perfect for beachgoers with children. This ground floor unit is a short thirty second walk around the corner to the pools and beach. Easy access from the parking garage. No balconies to worry about. Sit on the back porch and watch the kids play in the grass.

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, breakfast bar, and dining area. A full-size washer and dryer. Ten-foot ceilings with glass sliders leading out to a private patio with grassy lawn. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a 65ā€ smart flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower, a separate dressing area, and glass sliders leading to the patio. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and a 19ā€ TV/DVD player. A third bedroom with twin size bunk beds and a 19ā€ TV/DVD player (This area is decorated with a nautical theme for children). A second full size bathroom in the hallway.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Fort Walton Beach! The location was perfectā€”just steps from the beachā€”and the area was peaceful and relaxing. Check-in was easy, and the property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. The beach was beautiful and family-friendly, making it the ideal spot to unwind.

The stay was good, wish there was an inside lock so the kids couldnā€™t open up the door. Was very disappointed in the floors kept had to clean our feet off, that is the only two things I didnā€™t like about the condo, well one more thing need better mattresses.

I liked this unit because it's on the ground floor, but off to the far side which adds some additional privacy and seems to be a little quieter than the other units in this building.

Stay was great! Only exception was the beds! To hard!! Bed in 2nd bdrm was squecky, small, and extremely hard. Furniture in that bdrm needs updated as drawers fell out when opened.

Adult daughter's birthday and the start of summer. Xlnt location so close to the sand and parking. Perfect accommodations for our party of 6 and we even had a grassy side yard. Very clean and well equipped. Would definitely choose it again.

The beach was beautiful. The chair service was great. The pool was very well maintained. The condo was great for kids. The condo slept 8 but was a bit crowded with our 6 kids. We spent most days outdoors so this wasnā€™t much of an issue. The condo has several TVs but we were unable to get the wifi working. Even so, I would recommend staying there. The location on the first floor was great. Easy in and out.

We had a great time! Easy access to the pool and beach! We had kids ages 5 and under and it was perfect walking distance. The grills were right around the corner from us too. The weather wasnt perfect but having the quick option of running from the pool to the condo was perfect! The kids room doesnt have a fan so it did get a little warm for them but only us parents noticed haha not so much the kids. Trash shoot was right down the hall which was perfect. I would highly recommend for families. We would stay again!

Iā€™ll definitely be rebooking with Kimberley lang as the whole process couldnā€™t have been smoother. The property was exactly as described and surprisingly was well stocked with consumables such as paper towels and toilet paper unlike the one roll usually provided. My kids loved the separate bunk beds room and overall was just a wonderful experience.

We were given wrong codes two different times to access the gates to get to the pool, beach, outside restrooms. Thankfully someone working on property helped us out, but it was pretty annoying to be given the wrong information twice. Overall, our stay was good. The unit itself could use some TLC but you canā€™t beat the access to the beach! We loved the floor level unit with grass so the kids could play. Parking was very close and the trash chute is also close to the unit.

Just About perfection! All rooms spotless and roomy. Direct access to pool and beach more than made up for lack of direct view of the surf. Living room accommodated our family get togethers ( each family had their own condo space) but sharing evening meals in this LR was perfect. Only angst was with the total reliance on cyber ck in/out!

The check in process was fine. Everything was via key pads and for the elderly this could be an issue. My sister had a difficult time remembering the code. One of the beds were held up with floor tiles due to the frame being broken. The beach was less about 1-2 minutes from the condo. The pool was clean and heated. The grandbaby enjoyed herself. Communication was excellent. Anytime I had a question, they were prompt in returning my calls even though it was Thanksgiving holiday. Overall, this property was amazing. We will definitely consider it upon our return.

This was a beautiful condo. Ground floor unit Around the corner from the pool. Very private. Although you cannot see the ocean we loved it. The sprinklers come on for about an hour and a half at 2:00pm and 9:30pm. Easy access to the parking lot The complex has a beautiful gazebo area and a outside cooking area as well. The pool is huge and heated in the colder months. We love staying here!

Three generations of family together at the beach - canā€™t ask for a better week. Everything was perfect except the room location. We have stayed here several times in past, always on ground floor for easy in/out access to beach and pool for little ones. I had no idea there were any first floor patios that didnā€™t open directly to pool or beach access. There are 3 units - 101-103, that are facing the privacy fence to the west side. Very disappointed with it because of the grands, but my fault for assuming all units face south to gulf. Overall a great unit with wonderful communication and service. Will book again on south side!
