Condo is very nice, clean & well stocked. Beautiful view of the water. Several restaurants across the street that we walked to. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo for our group with the three and three set up. Bathrooms could use some help with better shower stallsā€¦ doors or better curtainsā€¦ Great fact that it came with two chairs per day for the stay!!! I hope to get this place again! Host were on point with my questionsā€¦we did our best to assist with cleaning up when we left.

You couldnā€™t ask for a better view. We saw stingrays playing in the wave, dolphins and manatees swimming by. The only negative I have is that the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. I was sleeping in a bowl. The couch was not very comfortable to sit on. So a little updating and this would be the perfect place !

The property was very clean and kitchen was well equipped for the little cooking we did. I will say that the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and worn. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were uncomfortable and you could see the dips through the bedspread. The location was great but the condo certainly needs an update for the money charged.

Our granddaughter had national dance competition at the convention center and this place was perfect ! The condo was nice & perfect size for us. The pool access was great & pools were awesome. The locations to things was good not to far away- I liked the size of the complex, not too big !

We had a group of 10 stay here and everyone loved it. On-site management staff were very helpful and friendly. 2 Pools, hot tub, grill, gym, location, parking are all awesome. Good value for the money.

Could be cleaner and more stocked with useful items like a cooler, beach chairs, etc. - we flew down and could not bring these items with us. The master bedroom needs new carpet and the mattress is really soft / saggy. Great location and solid condo - just needed a little more TLC

From the moment we arrived on property, we loved this condo! My husband and I stayed with our 6 children, from 3-14 years old. There was plenty of space, the kitchen had everything we needed (including a large pantry!), and the balcony beach view was unbelievable. Things we loved about our stay: *Relatively small number of condos in the building, so less competition for beach space *The Beach Service was a must, and we loved that it was included *Two beautiful pools that can be seen from the balcony, which would be perfect for watching older children swim while you relax on the balcony *PLENTY of storage in each room: dressers, closets, side tables all with AMPLE drawer space for storage. *Washer & dryer inside the condo! *Beds were all comfortable *Kitchen includes: tea kettle, drip coffee pot, slow cooker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, and so much more! Things to bring with you or purchase on arrival: *Hair dryer *Trash bags *Laundry soap *Dish soap and/or dishwasher tablets *Beach towels We will DEFINITELY stay in this condo again. It was our favorite beach stay thus far! Thank you for such wonderful memories!

We were pleased. the condo is in a very good location. There are many good eating places, food stores, gift shops, that are in walking distance or a very short drive too. condo was spacious enough for all 10 of us. Ages ranging from 6 to 60 years of age. condo is in vert good condition.

The beach was fantastic the pool was very nice the people were nice the apartment the condo itself was not beds were squeaky floors were dirty utensils were dirty you couldnā€™t mop or sweep because the blooms were old and dingy and dirty carpet stunk very mildewy there was mold in the apartment but we made the most of it I would not come back to that particular condo
