Come spend some time in Summer Place #205, a 3bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo available for your family vacation!
This relaxing retreat is located on the Emerald Coast on Okaloosa Island which is known for its beautiful beaches and is less crowded as surrounding areas.
Located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this 3-bedroom 2 bath condo will sleep 9 comfortably.
The open floor plan allows you to engage with the family no matter if youā€™re cooking a feast in the spacious kitchen or relaxing on the comfortable couch.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes so you donā€™t have to worry about bringing anything from home. There are all full-sized appliances in the kitchen and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The living room offers multiple seating options to relax in and enjoy the large 65ā€ flat screen Smart TV or the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The couch folds out to a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The condo offers wireless internet included with your stay. The condo also has a Washer and Dryer, so you donā€™t have to worry about coin laundry.
The elegant Master Bedroom will make you never want to go home. The bedroom is spacious and features a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. The Master bathroom offers a large double vanity and a combination tub/shower.
The first guest bedroom offers a King-sized bed, ceiling fan and large flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a twin over a double bunk. Each bunk has it's own TV at the end of the bed! The guest bathroom has sink/vanity area and a combination tub/shower.
The balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. This private balcony overlooks the beautiful white sand and emerald green waters on Okaloosa Island.

Amazing

We were very pleased with our stay! Our family enjoyed all that SMP offered from the free beach chairs and umbrella, the 2 pools, and location. We had a blast and look forward to visiting again hopefully next summer. I highly recommend SMP go check them out and book a stay you will not regret it!!!

Fantastic experience

The check in process was easy! And the property was available before the listed check in time! The property was very clean and homey! All the appliances worked wonderfully! The view was great, pool and hot tub were clean and so fun! The beach access was wonderful as well! Overall the experience was wonderful! We had a great time and would def stay here again! The check out process was also extremely easy!

Great vacation rental!

Zero cons staying here. Our family finally found our vacation home away from home. Owner is super attentive and answered all my questions very quickly. Location: The AFB flies directly over the building so there's a free air show daily. Two pools and a hot tub are cleaned daily and not crowded. Huge advantage over other locations on the strip that only offer one pool. Tub of leftover toys and floats by the pool for anyone to use. Three grills. Two are charcoal, one is gas. Charcoal is provided and the gas grill is a direct line so no concerns running out of propane. Elevators were quick. Smaller building so our beach area is not crowded. Other resorts to the left and right have the same beach space but are more crowded due to more units in their resort. Within walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the ice cream parlor with mini golf. Huge parking lot. No issues finding close parking. Five minute drive to Destin if you choose to drive into the craziness. Unit: Clean and the 7 of us staying never felt crowded. The master bedroom has a spacious closet and large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also large, and has a connecting door to the hallway bathroom. The third bedroom is small. Literally only fits the full/twin bunk bed - but worked for us. Laundry room was nice - dryer actually dried clothes (we have all had those units where the dryer takes forever - this is not that unit.) The sliding doors are easy to open/close - and soundproof.

A dream vacation

Amazing property that surpassed the listing and photos! Breathtaking views of the beach and ocean and within walking distance of one of the best restaurants weā€™ve ever eaten at (Stewbyā€™s) as well as the Boardwalk which has many restaurants, shops and bars - quick drive to Destin as well. The walk from the property to the beach is less than 50 yards, the pools are even closer, and your beach chairs and umbrella are already set up for you by the time you get out to the beach. Property is large, clean, and cozy (we came with 8 and didnā€™t even need to use the pull out couch). Property owner is very helpful and communicative - both she and this property made this one of our familyā€™s best vacations!

Overall I gave it a 5 star but my only disappointment was the 2nd bedroom is basically a windowless room because you have to keep blinds closed. Window looks at elevator and dark hallway. Great place other than that.

Great Condo for Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. This end of the beach was a little more crowded than when we stay further down the road, but it was also a holiday weekend. We had everything we needed in the condo, access was easy, and beach access was easy. We would definitely consider this property again.

Great clean getaway

Our family had a great time! Our place was very clean, walking distances to multiple restaurants, ice cream, and miniature golf. I would definitely stay there again! The only thing that I can complain about is the wifi was hit and miss at times.

Upon communication with this owner I asked what we needed to bring. She said only groceries and beach towels. You do need to bring garbage bags dishwasher detergent. Toilet paper. Garbage bags etc
