We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The oceanfront view was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was amazing. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow! Looks great on listing, but even better in person! We have been traveling to Okalossa for over 10years. First time at this condo and it won’t be our last. Everything was perfect!

Location was perfect. We loved being on the 2nd floor right above the walkway to the beach. Our tv was an issue. Apparently (according to Cox) the remote was obsolete and needed batteries. I moved a night stand out, looking for an outlet. It was very dirty behind it and there was an empty water bottle on the floor. The bedding had a lot of stains which was very unpleasant. The shower curtain was nasty as well. With that being said we had plenty of towels and supplies. We enjoyed the location and weather. We will be back. Hopefully it will be cleaner next time.

SPECTACULAR VIEW

This was the perfect spot for not only an amazing view but the sound of the ocean, the soft breeze, the ability to be in the water in minutes made this the perfect vacation spot that will build lifelong memories.We will definitely be back !!!!

Perfect little vacation

Our family of six had the best time! Thank you so much. Beach and pool access were just a few steps away, perfect for excited kiddos! The private patio with a dining table let us enjoy the stunning ocean view with every meal. We would recommend and would definitely book again.

Needs Inspection for Repairs

The condo is cute, but a lot of things need repairs. Doors are rusted, paint chipped, and the master ceiling fan actually fell from the ceiling and onto us the first night. The light fixtures in the bunk beds seem to be loose as well. We won’t be back to this location. :/

Nice for the price

I really enjoyed the location, we were like 200 ft from the beach. Upon arrival you could tell it was not deep cleaned. There were dirty footprints anywhere someone could have their feet (walls, coffee table, bar stool area). The mattress in the bedroom needs replaced. I saw where they used a mattress topper to correct the problem but it just needs a new mattress. It’s like there is a hole you fall down into and you sleep ‘V’ shaped all night. The dishwasher was the biggest thing for me. Its gross. Full of mold & just nasty.

The view

The view was fantastic. The location was great. The master bedroom bed needs a new mattress not good on that. That sleeper sofa mattress needs to be replaced. The light in the laundry room needs to be replaced. The dryer is a hazard, the vent is not good. I had to vacuum out a lot of vent and sand. There is a major issue there, but other than that it is a pretty condo.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the location and the ease of getting to the beach. To walk out of the bedroom and into the kitchen to see that view was the best! The elevator and stairs were so close to the room that it made getting to the beach even easier. Will definitely stay here again!

Pretty Wonderful with some Good and Minor Bads

Everything was clean. There was a beeping sound we couldn't figure out, but it turned out just to be the Dishwasher. The bedroom is a bit on the smaller side and stayed somewhat warm throughout the night. But there was a box fan in the closet that helped. The bed is a Queen, but the sheets were a King and didn't stay in place. Other than being small, the mattress was comfortable - very soft though (I liked it, my husband prefers sleeping on firm beds). We couldn't figure out how to get the sound on the living room TV to work when using the Cable, but made do with Netflix. Being on the 2nd floor, the unit overlooks the pool and walkway to the beach...Directly. So don't walk around in the buff, if that is your style, lol. Thats enough about the unit itself. The location of the unit was nice for me (pregnant). Did not have to walk far to get to an elevator or the beach/pool entrance. You do have to deal with more noise being near the elevator and pool area, but it did not bother us too much. We loved that beach chairs were included in the stay but watch out for ones with tags (those are paid for and rented separately - considered 'reserved'). I wouldn't say that anything negative really influenced our enjoyment of the property. It was just minor things that we got used to and moved on. :)

My friends and I had a great time. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The second floor location was easy to get to and from the beach.
