Relax inside the king suite that features a private ensuite, balcony access and flat screen TV. A small alcove features twin over twin bunk beds, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room allows up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably. Maximum occupancy is 6, regardless of age per HOA rules. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table to discuss your daily adventures or relax in the living room after a full day in the sun. End your day on your private balcony with your favorite libation. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Now, about Waterscape - it's fabulous and it's a beachfront complex! The courtyard will make you think you're in a 5-star Caribbean resort. There are FOUR pools, including one with a lazy river, one with zero entry and waterfalls and one specifically for toddlers. There are 2 hot tubs. There's a poolside cafe for snacks, drinks, beer and even frozen drinks. A weekly movie night in the pool and daily activities for the kids will keep everyone happy. The huge beach access has showers and foot washing stations. You can use the state-of-the-art fitness center and feel at ease with the 24-hour onsite security.
