The perfect beach location! Emerald Isle Resort is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This property is just steps to the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the property amenities with a game of tennis or relaxing by the pool. This location is convenient to both Fort Walton Beach and Destin restaurants and attractions. Visit the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier or The Gulfarium just around the corner.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a 50" flat screen TV, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, flat screen TV, and slider door to the balcony. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and window views of the gulf scenery.

Absolutely stunning view of the water and the place was spectacular! The rooms and bathrooms were a great size for the four of us and the beach theme made it feel just like home. We rented the pontoon boat and took it out to crab island and had a blast. Spent time at the beach and in the pool after a hot day in the sun! We will be booking here again!

Perfect Place

I just want to start off by saying that this was by far the BEST beach rental we have ever stayed at! From cleanliness, to comfort, to convenience this place exceeded every expectation! It had literally everything we needed to make it a home for a few days! Our family likes to cook when hanging at the beach and when I tell you this place had the perfect amount of cooking supplies, utensils, containers… we were more than taken care of in that regard which was a breath of fresh air! They had books and games for our kids, plenty of towels which was very necessary because of the beach/ sand with constant showering, and just so much space! The rental was the perfect size, on the beach and so convenient to everything we needed!!! This place was perfect and we will definitely use this place when we go back if it’s available! Truly like staying at a besties house that has literally everything you need! Everything was also so cute and designed so nicely!!! We just loved it! We were so happy with this place and honestly kept saying it all weekend just how great it was! So just thank you so much to the host!!!

Great time on the beach!

We loved our time on Okaloosa Island. The view from the unit was amazing, the beach was so clean and beautiful, and the unit itself was clean and comfortable. Loved It!

It was wonderful. Gulf and bay views, clean and updated. Family oriented. Not so crowded on the beach. Full beach chair service! I will be claiming this condo next time I come down to the island.

Great views & chill beach

We love the Okaloosa Island beach, not crowded at all, and this rental has an excellent chair & umbrella service. 6th floor Beach Views from the living room & master bedroom. Tom Thumb full convenience store only a 5 min walk on the same side of the road. Main road has a bike lane and sidewalk for easy cardio, dog walking, and access to Hwy 98. 50” TCL Roku smart TV in living room has all the apps you need and HDMI/USB inputs for gaming. Plenty of board games, reading material, and DVDs included as well. Basket full of beach towels was a pleasant surprise & the 2 high end beach chairs in the closet would be handy for off-season or moonlight beaching. Kitchen is equipped with everything most people would need including a full size fridge. The decor was better than expected in this price range. The only downsides are the bathrooms are small and underwhelming & Master BR mattress was a little past its prime but still got the job done, both fairly typical for 2BR/2BA rentals in this price range. A/C and WiFi worked well and we never had to wait on the elevator. Back patio with beach views was really nice. Communication with staff was excellent during our stay. Very responsive and pleasant.

Perfect getaway!

This condo had the perfect location! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony when it rained and enjoy the view. We had just the right amount of room and the condo itself was clean and stylish. The parking spots were a bit of a tight squeeze but nothing to be too upset about! We can’t wait to come back!

Fun with family

The location was perfect and the view mesmerizing. The condo was comfortable and roomy. The heated pool not so heated, very cold. Children’s lips got blue trying to swim for a few minutes. The building itself is not handicap accessible near the C elevator. The small ramp was too steep and there were 3 levels on the sidewalk making it impossible to enter the elevator without someone strong to assist. Bath tub fixtures need upgraded.
