Pelican Isle Unit 415.
The AMAZING view of the ocean makes this the perfect place to relax and unwind at the beach! While you take a break from the sand, watch for dolphins from the 5th level balcony! Or take a dip in the beachfront seasonally heated community pool or get refreshed in the community hot tub. With a comfy king size bed in the bedroom, twin hall bunks, and a queen sofa bed in the living room, this condo is perfect for 6 guests. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and has all the kitchenware needed to prepare meals and dine in. Cute dining area next to the kitchen!
This condo has 2 full baths (hall bathroom sports a roomy shower only while the bedroom has a tub/shower) and a full size washer and dryer. All you need to bring are your toiletry essentials, clothes and food (Publix is just across the bridge on the mainland).
If you prefer to dine out, you have several options on the island, or you can check out the choices in Fort Walton. Destin is only 9 miles to the East and has so many restaurants to choose from.
Of all the beaches we’ve stayed at this one is our favorite, and we hope it becomes yours too! Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Destin, and just far enough away to enjoy the quieter serenity of the beautiful beach and emerald gulf waters.

Pelican Isle is a 100% No Smoking property, except at the designated smoking area on the lawn by the parking lot. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Violators will be subject to penalties.

Excellent property with breath taking ocean front views of the Gulf. Property is very clean and very nicely appointed complimenting a beach theme and felt very much like home. Two full size baths. Very nice kitchen with very clean newer stainless steel appliances, all the necessary cookware, utensils and dishes to enjoy a meal in. Sit up bar with granite countertops. Full home furnishings with couch, chair, etc. Perfect balcony with seating to enjoy the view or evening listening to the sounds of the Gulf. Daytime provides beach service with two lounge chairs and umbrella which helps to relax and take a break in the shade when not enjoying the Gulfs crystal clear waters. Does have a set of bunk beds if you need the extra bed space. Hosts are great and communicate very well and really make you feel very welcome to their property. This property is in a quieter area that allows you to really enjoy with out all the hustle and bustle. Destin is a short 10-15 miles away if you wish to explore. Couple great restaurants are very close by (walking distance-short drive) for some of the best seafood around. Will definitely return to this property without hesitation. Recommend this host and property.

Everything here was just as expected. The beach view from the balcony is perfect. The condo was clean. The location is perfect - away from it all but also very close to anything you'd want or need. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were very kind and responsive to our needs.

Everything was just as stated. We chose this unit because of the ratings and very competitive price. We were not let down. Owners were on top of everything and responded promptly to any issues and even reached out to see how our stay was going. We will return one day.

This condo was wonderful. The decor was clean and modern. The king bed was so comfortable. The hosts were great to work with. I’ve stayed at several different units in Pelican Isle (and other condos on FWB), but this one was my favorite! We’ll definitely be back!

Nice condo. In need of a few updates. Overall clean and comfortable. The garage work being done while we were there was a huge annoyance. Beach access was easy and gorgeous!

I can rave enough about how clean the condo was during our stay! The views of the beach were amazing and the condo was decorated so cute! We had everything we needed and the hosts were great. If we needed anything, they were very quick to reply! We will definitely be back! Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony while enjoying our morning coffee. I loved the privacy of the balcony. It was also so nice to have plenty of towels and even beach towels were provided during our stay! 10/10 recommend!!

Couldn’t have asked for more from this lovely oceanfront unit! Enjoyed all the conveniences of home- well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, beach service-all at an affordable price. Hubby and I would certainly recommend this 4th floor condo and plan on a return visit in the future.

Steps away from the pristine beach, it allowed for leisurely strolls along the shore while being conveniently close to local attractions and dining options. 3. Comfortable Retreat: 🛌💤 The accommodations were a true sanctuary. The comfortable bed and thoughtfully appointed bedroom provided a haven of relaxation after a day of exploring the island's charm. 4. Seamless Experience: 🤝🏡 Communication with the property owner was seamless, reflecting their commitment to ensuring a delightful stay. From the booking process to check-out, they were attentive and responsive. 5. Homey Kitchen Vibes: 🍽️🌅 I thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect and as described. It was an easy process to get to both the condo complex, as well as accessing parking passes and the unit itself. The unit is suprisingly roomy for a one bedroom, perfect for a couple, but with two bathrooms, as well as a bunkbed and sleeper sofa, can easily work for a small family or even two couples. The unit itself was very clean and with a lovely beach theme, as well as full kitchen with more than enough appliances to cook many meals - though we ate out the entire time. We will definitely be visiting again!
