Bella Riva will be performing an exterior restoration project starting on October 31st, 2024. During this project, guests can expect noise from concrete repairs, which will be heard throughout the property. Balconies will be closed until the end of May 2025. Additionally, the West beach access and pool will be closed from December 19th to the beginning of January 2025, and again from February 24th to the beginning of April 2025.
