The Space:

Main House

The main house welcomes guests through a charming front porch entry and features French doors from the dining area leading directly to the backyard and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. Accommodations include a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with a full-size bed. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located off the hallway.



Studio One

Located in the center section of the property, Studio One offers a private entrance from the driveway and direct access to the backyard and pool area. This comfortable studio features a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchenette equipped with a four-burner cooktop, microwave, and mini refrigerator. A bar-height dining table provides a convenient space for dining or remote work.



Studio Two

Situated on the right side of the property, Studio Two includes private front and rear entrances with easy access to the backyard and pool area. The studio features a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a cozy sitting area with a small sofa, and a kitchenette complete with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove and oven, and microwave.



Shared Amenities:

This property has a shared laundry area. Guests of all accommodations share access to the fenced backyard, private swimming pool, and outdoor gathering spaces.



*NOTE: Owner occasionally occupies a separate mother-in-law suite on-site. This is a seperate space and guests will be given complete privacy. The driveway and backyard may be shared during these times. The owner is respectful of the space and keeps a low profile.
