"Knot a Care," a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, located in the desirable Frangista Beach neighborhood, is steps to the DEEDED, PRIVATE beach. No need to fight huge crowds from high-rise condos! The neighborhood pool is visible from the back deck and can be accessed from a wooded backyard path that epitomizes old Florida beauty.
Includes daily beach service March 1-November 30.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything the chef in your group needs to cook up a fantastic feast. Additionally, the main floor includes a roomy living room and dining area with seating for 10, along with a powder room and one, of two, master suites.

The first floor master suite has a king sized bed and twin bunk beds, en suite bathroom and access to the back porch. On the second floor is a second master suite with a king sized bed, private balcony and en suite bathroom with luxurious upgrades including a whirlpool tub, tiled walk-in shower, and dual granite vanity. You'll also find a third, large bedroom with 2 double/twin bunk beds and a private bath. This bedroom has a tv, dvd player and lots of childrens' movies and games to keep the kids entertained.

Frangista Beach has been featured in Coastal Living magazine and is a private enclave of single family residences with a secluded feel, yet minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues. It is walking distance to Pompano Joe's, Bad Ass Coffee, The Whale's Tail and more. Whole Foods is a short 3 miles away.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, condiments, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Due to HOA restrictions, tents and canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.
