Gulf Place is loved by the locals and a favorite year after year for vacationers as well! Located perfectly on Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Gulf Place offers the famous turquoise gulf waters and finest white sand imaginable! Gulf Place is a quaint little seaside village with on-site bike rentals, great restaurants (Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, and more), ice cream shop, coffee shop, pharmacy, cool boutique shops, day spa, an artist colony, arcade, and an outdoor amphitheater with seasonal music, weekly Farmer's Market, featured artists and free community events & festivals. It’s also minutes Seaside and Watercolor to the East and water parks, activities for kids of all ages, nightlife and outlet shopping in Destin to the West, but miles away from the crowds! Sandestin has a wonderful outdoor mall and is just a 15 minute car ride away! It is a great area with shops, amazing restaurants, a movie theater, and several golf courses. The Baytowne Wharf is also in that area and has great night life, including the popular piano bar, Rum Runners!

Unique to many units with hall bunks, Gulf Place Cabanas have hall bunks in their own little space (rather than in the main hallway) which features a half bath with vanity--great for the kids, or for adults who like separate spaces to get ready in!

Gulf Place has three pools (all seasonally heated) and 2 hot tubs you can access, including a pool and hot tub directly in front of and steps away from our condo that you can see clearly from the balcony (which is heated in the Fall/Winter/Spring)! There are also grills and great tennis court, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and corn hole at Gulf Place for your use!

The beach is about 100 steps away from the front of the unit! We timed our walk to the beach from stepping off of the elevator (which is conveniently directly across from our unit!), and we arrived at the private deeded beach access in one minute, and our toes were in the sand in less than two minutes! In addition to all the gorgeous beach has to offer, there are nature trails at 4 nearby state parks, 11 coastal dune lakes, and golfing, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking opportunities nearby! And of course, the famous 20 mile walking/hiking/biking paved trail that runs right in front of our condo and all along 30A through its many unique communities! You will see people everywhere on bikes! Although many choose to park and never get back into their car during their stay due to so many restaurants and activities within walking or biking distance, a short drive will give you even more choices of activities to please anyone!
