"Amazing service"

"I had to book the fairly quickly for a funeral and didn’t pay much attention to the room on line, so imagine my delight when I realized it had a full size fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils. Although I did not use much of those amenities, I would have had I realized it had it. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I would book there again."

"Friendly staff. Quiet. Road construction around hotel."

"Some construction/remodeling underway."

"I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!"

"Our room was decent, but a long walk to the elevator. One of the main reasons I chose this location was the rooftop terrace. When we went to enjoy the terrace the TV was out of order/broken as were both of the fire pits. We had hoped to have a nice evening on the terrace so we were disappointed to say the least."

"Staff was great."

"Issues with the cable box and wifi during majority of the stay. I had to do my own troubleshooting to resolve. Never staying here again."

"The place was clean, orderly, and all desk attendants were very attentive and helpful. The location is great; within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants and a famous retail store."

"There was dust webs. The picture on app is not what you get. Water stains and mold on ceiling."

"Clean room. Quiet. Awesome breakfast!!"

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful!"

"Room and bedding was filthy. We left after 1 hour in room. Abandoned reservation and went to Best Western JC. Don’t ever stay here."
