The west facing vacation home is nestled on a beautiful street with rich palm trees in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Southwest Cape Coral. New: Free pickle ball, tennis court, basketball court and playground in walking distance across the water way. Sand's park - 5 minute walk.

Several supermarket, many restaurants and bars are only a five-minute drive away. You can also enjoy beautiful waterfront dining at the Cape Harbour shops, just a five-minute drive from the house. It is also reachable by a 3 mile bike ride or by boat directly from the home.

The beautiful boat dock spans the entire west side of our property. If you decide to rent a boat, you can dock directly at the house and are able to enjoy beautiful boat cruises out to the Florida gulf beaches. A boat "driver's license" is not required in the US.

The closest beach is Cape Coral beach, located on the Caloosahatchee River and is about 10 minutes away by car. The stunning gulf beaches such as Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel and Captiva Island are about a 30-40 minute car drive depending on traffic. You can also reach the beautiful gulf beaches by boat directly from the house which takes about one hour.

All rooms have beautiful porcelain tile flooring and ceiling fans throughout. Both bathrooms reflect a modern design. The floor plan of this home is perfect for two families or families with multiple children with bedrooms and bathrooms on each side of the house and the common areas in the middle.

The living room has a Smart TV, a Sonos sound system, a DVD Player and a landline.

The Master Bedroom (located in the north wing of the house) with a king-size bed, 2 sitting chairs and a Flatscreen smart TV overlooks the pool and has a separate door to the pool area. The modern designed Master Bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, bath tub and 2 sinks and is located in the north wing of this home with stunning views over the pool and canal. A separate pool-bath with a toilet and a sink is also located on this side.

Another bedroom with a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) is located on this side of the home as well.

The spacious and light-filled kitchen and open-concept living/dining rooms have stunning views over the pool and canal. They are located in the center of the home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunny breakfast nook or on our kitchen bar. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, a Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own capsules), as well as a traditional dripping coffee maker.

The indoor dining room has enough seating for 8 people.

We are kid friendly. A baby high chair, 2 baby beds (pack and play), pool and beach toys as well as children’s dishes and cutlery are available as well. The pool can be secured with a pool baby fence upon request (if you are interested, please let me know during your booking for instructions).

The patio dining set on the covered patio seats 8 people. More chairs are located in the garage. You can also enjoy an after dinner cocktail on our cozy patio lounge sofa adjacent to the pool with beautiful sunset views over the wide canal or grill a nice steak on the BBQ grill.

Another bedroom with a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and direct access to the pool is located on the south side of this home. This bedroom also has a Smart TV.

A second bathroom and another guest room (sleeps 2) with two twin beds are also located in this part of the home. This room is perfect for children.

This home is west facing with breathtaking and unforgettable sunset views from the patio and living room. The pool is covered in sunshine all afternoon and evening which helps keeping the pool warm. In addition the pool has an electric pool heater.

The house is also equipped with 4 cruiser bicycles, plenty of beach chairs , beach umbrellas, coolers and a variety of beach and pool toys for our small guests.

One car may be parked in the garage. The other garage space is occupied by the owner. Additional cars may be parked on the driveway.

New: Pickle ball and tennis court in Sands Park one block away from Villa Royal Palms. Sands Park also offers a playground and a basket ball court.
