The screened in balcony overlooks the 11th and 12th tee box and greens. The unit is just steps from the Pinecrest subdivision pool and walking distance from the Stoneybrook clubhouse and main pool.

Stoneybrook is a gated golf community in Estero, Florida. The magnificent 18-hole public golf course has challenging par 72 and was created by known architects Jed Azinger and Gordon Lewis. Stoneybrook golf course offers 7 sets of tees and is one of 200 courses nationwide certified as “Beginner Friendly” by the National Golf Course Owners Association.

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
