**Please note - Bookings made for a check-in date within 15 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 10-15 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 20 days out from booking - we will send additional info once your booking is received. There is a $100 application fee per tenant to be paid at the time of processing your application and background check via Tenant Eval.**

This property is approximately 14 miles from RSW International Airport and 7 miles to Fort Myers Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes the condo, front entryway, and lanai.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25.



This property is located within an HOA-governed community; however, our management responsibilities are limited solely to the individual unit you are renting. We do not manage, maintain, or have authority over any shared or common areas, including the pools or any other community amenities, to include routine maintenance, repairs, or any unexpected maintenance issues that may arise within these shared spaces. As such, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of any community amenities at any given time, as these matters fall outside our control.
