AMAZING 4 BED WITH POOL HEATED HOME STILL AVAILABLE FOR JAN, FEB, MARCH 2027

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is located in a gated, resort-style community. It offers the perfect location for enjoying the beach, shopping, and everything the area has to offer. The community features a pool, gym, BBQ area, and kids’ playground. It is also a wonderful area for an evening bike ride or a relaxing sunset stroll.
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the many amenities this chic and elegant community has to offer, including a brand-new gym, pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, party room (subject to availability), tennis court, children’s playground, and two bikes to enjoy early morning rides or sunset outings around the neighborhood.
Our mission is to provide a space where our guests can relax, enjoy, and create lasting memories.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was great; he set the pool at the perfect temperature and with a simple text the hot tub was at100 degrees in a short time. Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

A nice getaway!

This was a perfect place for our group to spend Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated and had many special holiday touches We spent lots of time in and around the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Being in a gated community had its perks. We were able to use the workout room. Getting onto the property each time we returned was tricky but after a call or two to Charles things got better.

Property manager was nice

I can’t really leave a review of the property because it was canceled about a month before our trip but the property manager did a great job finding us an accommodations very similar to what we had originally booked. I would definitely work with this manager in the future, his response time was very quick and was always was very pleasant to deal with.

Luxury accommodations

Very nice house with great amenities. We even had access to the community pool, which was heated in February. The manager was most accommodating of our requests and responds quickly to messages. Felt like home!

Beautiful Home

The home was the perfect size for large family vacation. We had a total of 6 adults, 3 children, and a dog in this home and it was perfect....We had two people cancel last minute and we would have had plenty of room for them. I wish I could give a review of the community areas but we never used them! The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Charles was very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. The only thing that I wish we would have had were fans in the bedrooms upstairs as the rooms didn't cool well with the doors closed (doors closed was necessary with young children trying to sleep and the openness of the upstairs/traveling noise issue)....but the temp issue was most likely due to us midwesterners not being used to the Florida humidity and temp! Thank you Charles...if we ever come back to Florida, we hope you will have another property for us to try!

Lækkert hus med masser af plads , ikke kæmpe pool, men ren og vedligeholdt pool . Kan kun anbefale huset👍🏻 Så både krokodille , slange , skildpadder og masser af fugle ved søen i baghaven / ved terrassen.

Beautiful property

My family and I stayed here for a few days in June. The neighborhood is secure and beautiful. The home is very nice. It is spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to have privacy and then also gather together. The pool area is amazing. It's huge and has several areas to hang out. The outdoor kitchen area is a big plus as well. It's a great get away. I would definitely stay again . It's a great space to just relax and hang out. The owner/manager is available. I texted him a couple of times and he texted me back immediately.

A true dream vacation stay!

Myself and my wife LOVED this home so much,on our last night residing we planned on our next stay! This house was AMAZING,relaxing,comfortable, very clean! We loved everything about this house! My wife kept trying to think of things she left inside the home,just to go back lol. Charles also made this stay more humbling. From the time we started our vacation on the 7th,he made sure we we're ok,and once we got close he made sure we didn't need any accommodations. The master bedroom is to die for! The smart frig had my wife trying to go home to toss ours out! We can't wait to come back.

Amazing!

Beautiful place , super big, room for everyone and very well kept on the inside. Homeowner was very nice and put in much effort to ensure we were having a good stay, only 20 minutes from sanibel island , GREAT price, would reccomend to anyone.

Perfect family trip!

Very nice house. Close to beaches and restaurants. House was clean and pool and hot tub were great for our family of six. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Home owners were very pleasant to work with and that says a lot.

Nice Home

This home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful woodland behind it. All of the appliances are state of the art. Although it was too cool, the pool and adjoining hot tub were very nice. The home is tastefully decorated and has a welcoming feel to it.

isolated location

The property we rented at Reflection Isles proved to be a long drive to our friends in Estero. The traffic was always very busy with rare exception. The house was located at the end of a very long street with no other outlet. The convenience of the Catholic church was overshadowed by the terrible traffic jam it created every mass. I guess that's good in a way ..lots of people going to church! I admit we left early to miss the craziness! As far as the house goes I have a few concerns to share. As renters paying a pretty steep fee I was expecting more. If we wanted to heat the Jacuzzi or pool that was extra ..a lot extra..we didn't do it. Charles did heat the Jacuzzi for a few days without charge as I think he felt badly that we were having many issues with things breaking down .The dryer twice , and the stove top . I will say he addressed all problems quickly and had them repaired asap but it was still quite inconvenient. The air conditioner was in his control for the most part , he set things remotely. I guess that was his way of controlling costs. I never met Charles in person ....all email and texting. I was a little annoyed with the bug situation. Every morning when I turned the lights on ..the bugs would scatter ...not big bugs ..but enough to be pesty. I did not report this as I felt I was calling Charles almost daily with a concern and thought that's just the way it is in Florida . Bugs! I bagged and sealed EVERYTHING! The cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. left a lot to be desired ..I went out and bought a couple key pieces and brought them home ..what was there were all scratched and I felt unsafe to cook in. Didn't report this either ..I just resigned myself to making the best of things. He did provide the Keurig I requested but didn't have a beach umbrella and only one beach chair ..fortunately I thought ahead and brought my own umbrella ...but ended up borrowing chairs from our friends. There was a nice heated community pool at the end of the street that we used as well as a small but nice playground. Our small shi Tzu dog was welcome so we appreciated that as well. NO rental should have shag rugs !!!UGH!!!! Furniture was acceptable , not great.I did discuss this with Charles ..he said he was working on it . I will do more research next time before renting sight unseen as this property did not live up to its online presentation or promises.

Vacation Oasis in a Convenient Location

This house was perfect for our vacation needs. It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac yet it's only minutes away I-75 and Daniels Parkway. The interior of the house is immaculate and looks newly renovated. The outdoor patio is hard to resist with its pool and hot tub combo. Charles the property manager was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

This property was gorgeous, and it has all the amenities needed for a big family.

The property is located in a very quiet gated community; 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and 40 minutes from Naples public beach. They owner make sure that at our arrival we had all the information need it about the property. He was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay at his home. My family was beyond satisfy with the property and already said that next vacation they hope we can stay in the same property. Thank Charles for everything.

When we arrived and we opened the doors my family and I jumped with joy because it was exactly like the pictures ,It was very comfortable we felt right at home and the pool was a plus .The man( Charles) who owns this beautiful home was very helpful was always making sure we were all alright. .I gave this home a 5 star!! Beautiful property! Excellent Customer Service!

This property was better than described by the photos! Charles was an excellent property manager who was available anytime I texted. (and I texted at all hours) The house was perfect for the wedding we were in town for and right down the street from where we needed to be. The only thing that could have been better was the cooking utensils...the knives were dull and there wasn't a sharper to help that situation...but overall excellent experience. Thanks again Charles
