The living area is tastefully decorated. It's the perfect place for everyone to watch movies on the flat-screen TV, play board games, read a book, or for quiet contemplation. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer just past the kitchen. The master bedroom's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the king-size bed, but also has a Smart ROKU flat screen, should you be looking for a late-night program. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with his and her sinks.

The three guest rooms upstairs have queen beds. They all feature Smart flatscreen ROKU TVs. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo. The living area couch is a queen sleeper. The downstairs area was newly renovated as of February 2024 and boasts a kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The living room area has a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen tv along with direct access to the patio and pool area. The downstairs bedroom features a king size bed and smart tv. Relax on any of the balconies after a day at the beach. You can also walk north to Times Square or travel south to Lover's Beach. There are shops, restaurants, activities, and 7 Miles of beautiful coastline that await you here in Fort Myers Beach; all within minutes of this fabulous location.
