These accommodations boast over 700 square feet and include 2 bedrooms with a king and bunk beds (1 full and 1 twin) with 1 bathrooms. Each unit offers one parking spot with plenty of street parking.
We offer the finest quality and everything to make your stay luxurious, relaxing and enjoyable! In each bedroom and bathroom, you will find hotel style linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, filtered ice and water, as well as additional seating for guests! The unit is also equipped with high speed internet and “smart” capabilities such as an Alexa for all your music streaming needs, 4k TV with Netflix and Hulu for all your watching needs, Coded Door Locks personalized for each guest’s stay, and recessed lighting with dimmer controls to adjust to your mood. Cable TV services are not included.

Note: This condo is located within a larger apartment with three units total. This is a downstairs unit with a unit above, one may be able to hear guests above them. The upstairs units include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the downstairs unit includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. If interested in renting out more units for larger groups, please contact us directly as we would love to accommodate you! Perfect for family reunions, large families, or bachelor and bachelorette parties! A coin washer and dryer is available, please inquire about the door code to use it!
